Within one year, if the codemeter licence (hardware lock) or softkey is faulty, we will replace at no charge. After one year, there will be a charge of RM200 for each faulty key. If your software version is not the same as the current version ( yours is the older version), you need to upgrade to the current version in order to get the key replacement.
